Bangalore Marathon - not quite right

A traffic cops inadvertantly letting traffic through the race route lead to a 10 minute delay when runners couldn't cross the road due to traffic. Though the winning time wasn't too bad, as the winner said "you always tend to run faster when there are dogs chasing you...."
