Special Musical Number for "Farewell"

Hey everybody...I was wondering if we could arrange to have the grandkids sing "i hope they call me on a mission" as a special musical # for the farewell. Do you even have a date for that yet mom/dad? Now, if you don't use my suggestion I will be very hurt

I thought that they didn't allow family members to do special musical numbers, unless, of course, your last name happens to Waldram. But then again, what do I know?

Actually, I do think that that is a good idea. I know that musical numbers can still be sung for many reasons, the program, on the other hand, cannot be dictated by the family. And yet somehow I still feel jaded, per the aforementioned reason. But I'm over it, really.

Now let's see. I believe that it was Bishop Jones when you left that did not allow that family special. But now on the other hand when his son left and came home the twins sang at both, now am I feeling a little picked on here. The biggest gripe I had was that they told Dan he had 40 min to talk and with the testimopnies bearing by who remembers who he had less than 10 minutes. Oh, the chips that we carry on ouw shoulders. It is a good thing that the gospel is true and that is all that we have to worry aboutthat Jesus is are Savior and nothing else really matters. Now I've got that off of my chest. The venting just keeps going sometimes. Oh actually there is a new stake Pres. which might make a difference. Luv m

Special musical numbers in our old stake weren't allowed, but they did allow us to sing hymns or children songs. Maybe there is a difference. Might be worth looking into so we can start teaching our kids some songs. Could be any song. You guys crack me up, to everything there is a season and a time under heaven.

at least I would sing, unlike you who apparantly would have to be dragged kicking and screaming (according to your mom) perhaps you could do a Lindsy Lohan number
