I care less about geriatrics than I do a fabian socialist. look it up. Clinton and Obama will be the downfall of our free capitalist society. We are moving towards a global government entity and it is scary.
The problem with you americans is that you are too myopic in your view on life. President can't do anything without congressional backing anyway, so really doesn't matter. Look at bush,he hasn't gotten squat done.

I know they have to have congressional backing, but the Prez. does pick the next few supreme court justices and they have so far managed to rewrite laws that have changed the original intent of the constitution. Who do you think controls the House right now. Granted, they haven't been able to accomplish much either. I can't afford to have medicine socialized, taxes increased, and the welfare state enlarged. I'm not myopic in my views. I don't want the US run like so many other countries. We have achieved what we have because of our laws and freedoms and I don't need the gov't more involved in my life than it already is. BTW, you are an American regardless of what your passport now says.
