So speaking of moving. Yesterday I get a call from an agent neighbor of mine who wants to show me a house. Turns out to be a 6000 square foot 9 bedroom 6 bathroom home in an upscale neighborhood of Idaho Falls on an almost acre lot. It is nice, not super fancy, but does have a lot of nice features. Like a slide from the kitchen to one of the downstairs bedrooms, hardwood floor in the entry, tile in the kitchen, full intercom and alarm system. The kicker is it is a foreclosure sale discounted from $450,000 to $265,000. Ivana really liked it but I am not sure I can afford it, plus the market is really soft so I am not sure what I would do with our house here.

Does that mean you have decided after all to ttry for those 12 sons we use to talk about that you wanted. What would you use 9 bedrooms for otherwise? Glad that you had a fun time - quess Joshua did alright on the trip. Maybe 4 bedrooms would be better. Luv MOM
Dude, you have to totally buy a house that has a slide into a bedroom. You could like, totally practice your mullering and hanging ten so you don't look like a junkyard dog when you move to Miami. Sorry we couldn't come down to meet you. Too many church type commitments for that weekend. Surprised Ivana likes Miami. Well, now that I think about it, she is from slummy looking Brazil so it is pretty much feeling like being home, right? Just kidding....it is sorta pretty there in some places but not where I would want to live.
I don't know how you couldn't afford it. That is a lot of house to clean, but you might like it. Just depends on what you need. I think your house is cute and quaint, but if you are feeling squished. Don't forget that you would also have to sell that house.

Not necessary (the slum comment) there are trashy areas in Brazil yes, and Miami and most likely in Winter Heaven also.
You just wait till Ms. Kyrie brings home a 22 year old bad boy in a wife beater from the trailer park and swears it is her true love.

The slum part was a total JOKE!!! Wow, way too many of ya'll here take too many things too seriously. I have no doubt that Brazil is absolutely beautiful and the slam was at Miami although there are some nice beaches there too. And believe me you, there are plenty of slummy areas here in WH as there is a huge meth problem. As for Kyrie she would never do something like that, she's too picky.
let's see. eceonomy in the tank, not sure what he'll get for current home. how can he afford it? you all living in lala land, wanting to take on more debt in current economy? it only makes sense if you have the cash to buy it, otherwise stay far far away.
