Itunes works just fine, sounds like user error (or idoicy). who is Haley? and do we really care? you need to get a life. we're having lots of fun in Perth. Wish you were here....not.
You have to install i-tunes to get it to work. Just an assumption. As the out of country software developer says "It work's on my machine."
